Responsibilities: - Perform general accounting duties such as data entry, daily checking and reconciliations of revenue, invoice & statement handling and approval checking; - Compile revenue and analysis reports; - Handle Account Receivable functions, including billings, receipts and follow up of outstanding debts; - Support month end closing and journals, account balances reconciliation and investigate any discrepancies; - Handle enquiries of internal and external customers; - Participate in process improvement to enhance the workflow efficiency and effectiveness; - Perform ad hoc assignments as required.

Senior Sales Manager – Travel Trade Responsibilities: · Support Director of Sales & Marketing Manager to formulate annual Tour & Travel business plan · Work with other departments with fluent communication and team work · Achieve the hotel RevPAR, average rate and occupancy targets, as laid out in the business plan and yearly financial objectives · Plan and implement sales activities to achieve company targets for maintaining growth and profitability · Lead all sales activities and ensure to meet the goal of the business plan to maximize revenue potential · Maintain knowledge of competitors' activities and client base, customer concerns and market trends and to make recommendations · Implement sales action plans to move market share · Collate and submit timely on reports for sales activities to better strategize to capture market share · Perform any ad hoc duties as assigned · Experience with OTA mapping is a plus.

This position will be reporting to Senior Manager, Stakeholder Engagement. Job Responsibilities: - Formulate and implement comprehensive corporate communications and public relations strategies to enhance brand awareness for the YMCA of Hong Kong. - Act as the central content hub; produce high-quality copywriting and develop engaging stories for YMCAHK’s O2O (online-to-offline) publications and marketing collateral, including newsletters, leaflets, brochures, videos, and annual reports. - Lead media engagement, including pitching, crafting press releases, managing media inquiries, overseeing crisis communications, and facilitating media interviews. - Support the planning, development, and execution of publicity and engagement campaigns for external promotions. - Proactively engage and network with key stakeholders to further our social commitment, strengthen our brand identity, and build public trust in the YMCA’s mission. - Oversee logistical planning and supervise the execution of corporate events and activities. - Perform any other duties as assigned by senior management.
